ZAO's certified organic concealer is a corrective cream concealer stick that helps to minimise the appearance of imperfections, dark circles or puffiness. It provides coverage and has a natural finish, leaving your skin looking flawless. The convenient stick applicator is perfect for ease and for targeted application. This concealer uses bamboo packaging as an ethical alternative to plastic and what's more, Zao's unique refill system ensures even less waste and is genuinely economical on cost. 

This newly reformulated concealer now has a vegan formula, using organic carnauba wax, candelilla wax and organic cocoa butter to replace beeswax. 

491 Ivory: This shade has yellow undertones to conceal under eye circles that can be very visible for those with fair complexions.

492 Clear Beige: This shade suits medium complexions with neutral undertones. 

493 Brown Pink: This shade suits medium complexions and specifically counteracts violet under eye circles thanks to its yellow undertones.

494 Dark Brown: This shade suits medium complexions and specifically counteracts blue under eye circles thanks to its orange undertones. 

494 Green: This shade cancels out redness with an opposing colour. Ideal to conceal scars, blemishes, thread veins and rosacea.

Ingredients highlight:

Organic castor oil (RICINUS COMMUNIS (CASTOR) SEED OIL): This oil is emollient and therefore softens skin. It also moisturises by increasing skin's water content to retain softness and smoothness 

Organic carnauba wax (COPERNICIA CERIFERA (CARNAUBA) WAX): Secreted by leaves of a palm tree that is native to Brazil, this wax forms a film that protects skin; this helps to set makeup.

Organic bamboo macerate (PHYLLOSTACHIS BAMBUSOIDES RHIZOME EXTRACT): Bamboo macerate is incredibly rich in organic silica, needed by the body to make collagen, the body's anti-ageing agent. Our bodies need silica to maintain elasticity of the upper layers of the epidermis.

Packaged in a stylish, varnished bamboo case that is durable and sustainable, the product is presented in a bamboo pouch with drawstring to protect the bamboo packaging so that it can be used again and again for refills. 

ZAO brand does not use nanoparticles, talc and parabens (synthetic petrochemical-based preservatives) in its formula, using instead micronised silver as an effective and non-toxic preservative. 

Instructions for use: Apply directly to face with the convenient stick format. To soften under eye circles, start at the inner corner of your eye and move outwards, blending in towards your lower lashes. Use a brush for precise application to scars and blemishes, or use your finger to apply to a general area and blend.

Choose a lighter colour than natural skin tone to conceal under eye circles and draw attention to eyes, or a slightly darker colour than natural skin tone to conceal blemishes and scars.
