Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 1 working day, usually the same day for orders made before 3pm, subject to stock availability. In the rare event that there is a delay of more than 2 working days in shipping your order, we will notify you, or in the case of one item being out of stock from an order of numerous items, we will part-dispatch your order with a note on the invoice of goods to follow with expected date of dispatch or part-refund as appropriate. 


Domestic economy shipping is subject to a flat rate shipping cost of £2.95, with free economy shipping on £50+ orders. This service uses Royal Mail 48 or Tracked 48. and generally takes 2-3 days in transit, not including date of dispatch. Therefore you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days on average, although Royal Mail does not guarantee specific delivery dates and occasional delays can occur in the event of issues at local delivery offices etc. 

Domestic express shipping is subject to a flat rate shipping cost of £5.50. This service uses Royal Mail 24 or Tracked 24 and generally takes 1-2 days in transit, not including date of dispatch. Therefore you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days on average from date of dispatch, although Royal Mail does not guarantee specific delivery dates and occasional delays can occur in the event of issues at local delivery offices etc.

International Shipping We use Royal Mail's Tracked or Signed For delivery service as appropriate to destination, but have to limit orders in several ways: We can only send parcels of less than 2kg in weight, so any parcels weighing more than this will be unable to checkout. It is not possible to send flammable items such as nail polishes by airmail. Liquid products are not suitable to be sent by airmail due to restrictions and weight issues. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, please do not add liquids or nail polishes to your basket (ie shampoos, serums, cleaning fluids etc). 


Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, in the rare event that you received an incorrect or defective item etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your return to us, however, in most cases you will receive a refund within 24 hours of receipt of returned item. This maximum time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Cosmetics cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations. However Miessence offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its full range, including cosmetics, so if you are not satisfied with a Miessence cosmetic product, then please Contact Us with your feedback and we will contact Miessence to request a refund on your behalf. 

We cannot swap cosmetics for different shades once opened, so please read the descriptions carefully and Contact Us if unsure of your requirements.
